I wish I could give them 10 stars. I'm really glad I found All Creatures after calling over 15 vet clinics about getting a kitten neuter. Not only is their neuter price 2.5-3x less than the other 2 vet clinics I use; the staff is also very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. As well as friendly. As someone who works with animals, specializes in cats & is in frequent contact with many vet clinics, I can truly say that AC goes above and beyond. Their exotic animal prices are even substantially less than what I pay elsewhere. Upon contacting every vet clinic in Ann Arbor/Ypsi for a very specific service for certain breeds, all of the clinics either weren't familiar with what I was talking about or wasn't able to help me. AC already knew what I was requesting and went out of their way to help me and was willing to fulfill my request. 100% recommend. Thank you, All Creatures!

WARNING! Do not take your pets here!! This is a predatory office with scam artists running this operation. I arrived 13 minutes late for them to try and charge an emergency fee of $49 for being 13 minutes late on top of the $51 for the exam. $100 just to glance in my pets mouth - even though they’ve made me wait up to at least 30 minutes numerous times. They don’t care about your bleeding pet that’s suffering in pain, instead they’re worried about a fee that shouldn’t exist(at least not after only 13 minutes). I’ve been here several times, didn’t like the care our pets received, yet went anyways when appointments were not available at our normal office (our normal office is Easthaven animal hospital - they’re only one minute from All Creatures and have amazing staff that actually really care about your loved ones). All Creatures has made me wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes at a time. When I asked to speak with an office manager they said she’s not in today, do you still want the appointment? I had no way to pay the extra $49, so I left with my baby still bleeding and in pain. So for them to try and charge $49 for being late and tell me it’s office policy and it’s up to me if I want the appointment or not, while my baby was bleeding is criminal. God bless this terrible office and good luck to anyone thinking about bringing their baby here. Go to Easthaven animal clinic if you care about your baby. The office manager replied to me - apparently you can only be 10 minutes late, even when I’ve waited in their waiting room for over 30 minutes. So I was 3 minutes too late. Company policy! So I left with a bleeding baby. Why would I be charged an emergency fee when you’re open until 6pm? Absolutely scandalous with no concern for a bleeding dog. Never coming back. Please don’t pretend to care for your business’ sake. You’re terrible people! 3 minutes wouldn’t had thrown your day off. What’s the company policy concerning empathy?

Hands down the best vet. I cannot recommend them enough. We moved away from Ann Arbor for four years and did not realize how spoiled we were here. When we moved back we were honestly most excited about getting them back as our vet. The genuine love for animals radiates from every staff member. Dr. Alexander and Dr. Zechar are phenomenal. They both make sure all of your questions are answered and things are explained in a way that is easy to understand. You never feel rushed or like you are taking too much time (even when you are asking a million questions!). They are incredibly thorough and also make sure your pet feels comfortable. One of our pups is very shy and they always make sure to get down on the ground and let her warm up to them before proceeding. Same goes for their techs and groomer! As a result she actually likes going to the vet! In addition to great care, they are also very reasonably priced. We recently have had an ongoing issue with one of our dogs. Everyone has been fantastic in helping us. We never wait on the phone for more than a ring or two and everyone is always very understanding with our repeated calls and questions. They are always kind and understanding. Dr. Alexander has even called us unprompted to check in and see how he is doing. When we have had to see specialists they have been great about sending records over ahead of time etc. If you need a vet. This is the one. They are amazing!

The veterinarians are the best. The rest of the stuff is friendly and helpful too. They saved my rabbit. If you have a rabbit, Dr Alexander and Dr Zacher are the best in town. Rabbits consider to be exotic animals and not every veterinarian can perform a successful oral surgery on a rabbit. But these 2 wonderful ladies can. And not just that. Forever thankful to them!

I have been coming to All Creatures since I adopted my first dog Roscoe 9 years ago. I have since adopted two more dogs and fostered another. I have brought all of them to All Creatures for their medical needs...even after moving across town, I still come back. Every single time I come to the clinic, the staff and vets we see are nothing but kind, helpful, and compassionate. In October, Roscoe had a medical emergency and needed to be seen urgently. Unfortunately, All Creatures had not quite opened yet for the day, but I drove him there nonetheless. In tears, my daughter pounded on the window hoping someone was in the building. There were a couple of vet techs who were there getting prepped for the day. They rushed us in, gave Roscoe a sedative immediately (he had been seizing for over 30 minutes at this point and that had to be stopped), and called Dr Alexander. She was not due in for a few more hours that day, but when we realized that he should be euthanized, she came in early. I will never forget the kindness and compassion showed to us that morning and I will continue to bring all of my babies here regardless of the drive. Thank you, thank you, to all of you at All Creatures!
